Hours: 22.5 hours worked over a three day week – core hours 9.00 – 17.00 with some evening and weekend work

Salary: £21,000 – £22,250 (pro-rata)

Location: Home based with a focus on Wexham Park Hospital but with some work in Stoke Mandeville, Amersham and High Wycombe hospitals as required

The Hospital Carers Support Worker’s role is to identify and support carers in local hospitals, providing emotional support, information, advice and guidance.  The post is mainly focused on Wexham Park Hospital but will also include work in other hospitals in Buckinghamshire from time to time.

Location: Carers Bucks’ office in Aylesbury but this may be subject to revision to home based as the service becomes more geographically focused over time

Location: Home based with a geographic focus of Buckingham, Winslow and the villages North of Aylesbury
