IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

In March, Buckinghamshire Council commenced a tender process for the statutory review of the provision of a Buckinghamshire Carers Support Service. Following this process, Mobilise Ltd has been appointed as the new provider of the commissioned carers service from 1 July.

As part of this process, now that CareFest is complete, we are no longer accepting new referrals via referral forms or through our website. This allows us to manage the transition period to Mobilise Ltd and work to ensure a smooth handover of services.

Our Duty Line will remain open, and we will continue to provide support in this way until 30 June. If you require advice, information, or support during this period, please continue to contact us through the Duty Line on 0300 777 2722

Additional support and information for unpaid carers is also available through Buckinghamshire Council website which provides guidance, information and access to local support services for carers across Buckinghamshire.

We understand that this process brings change and uncertainty, and we recognise the impact this may have on you. Supporting you through this transition and ensuring continuity of care is very important to us. We are committed to working closely with Buckinghamshire Council and Mobilise Ltd to ensure carers continue to receive the support they need throughout this period.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
