Having been very seriously ill in 2011 Mark was determined to get fit and lose weight. As he says "I needed a challenge I really couldn’t duck out of – so, even though I’ve never been a runner, not even for the tube, I decided to do the BUPA 10Km for a really important local charity – Carers Bucks.
I knew by committing to raise money for them, I couldn’t just decide to shelve the whole idea and stay indoors and have a cup of tea on the 27.5.13"
Why not sponsor Mark's fantastic effort and raise much needed funds to help us support even more carers - all you have to do is visit Mark'sJustgiving page
