It can be difficult finding your way through the health and social care system, especially for the first time. We hope that with our help and the experience of other Carers we can make this journey a little easier. We will contact people and professionals on your behalf and help you to make your voice heard, should you require us to do so.

If we feel that you require a greater level of support we can refer you to our Older Carers’ Advocacy Worker, who may be able to take on your case and work with you to resolve your issues.
