Emotional Support and a Listening Ear

Carers can contact Carers Milton Keynes for individual support either over the phone or by visiting our offices.

Carers’ support workers are available for you to talk to, both in a crisis and if you want to talk about your situation more generally. The support available is free, confidential and non-judgemental.

Support is also available through our groups. Groups give you the chance to meet people in similar situations and to share common experiences, frustrations and information.
